Ok, Just for grins and giggles or curiosity's sake, I took a tape measure to my 311 and here is what I came up with.

Over all length===========7 7/8in.

RIGHT ON DAN, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! This thing fits my hand the way I want a knife to feel (well one this size anyway). You should sell several tons of them! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

My wife presented me with a Scrap Yard box when I got home yesterday, too. A sweet little 311 was inside. Very happy with this little sliver of beauty.
